Owen & Fazio, P.C. was
founded in May 2002 by John R. Owen and Gerard “Jerry”
Fazio. We have over twenty five years of experience in civil
litigation, including trying over 75 lawsuits to a jury verdict.
Owen & Fazio, P.C. was established to provide cost-effective
legal representation and a special relationship with clients
that cannot be found in large firms. We understand the importance
of maintaining relationships with our clients but also welcome
the opportunity to establish new client representations. We
strive to provide effective and innovative legal services
to our clients and are not satisfied unless our work meets
or exceeds our client's expectations. We believe in the jury
system and are not hesitant to represent and advocate for
our clients at “the courthouse.”
Owen & Fazio, P.C. is deliberately small in size to
ensure every case receives proper attention from the
initiation of the lawsuit to its final resolution.
Because we do not have the large overhead of bigger
firms, we are able to provide our clients with quality
legal representation at a reasonable and fair price.
We offer free continuing education courses approved by
the Texas Department of Insurance for all lines of adjusters
